Chaitanya Reddy
Alumni Story 01

Chaitanya Reddy: From the Fields of Prakasam to Policy Corridors

Raised in a farming community in Prakasam, Chaitanya turned his firsthand understanding of rural challenges into action across grassroots development, government and public policy.

In Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, where farming is both tradition and struggle, Chaitanya Reddy grew up watching hardworking families remain trapped in cycles of debt and inequity.

His turning point came during his Rural Agricultural Work Experience Program, where socio-economic surveys showed how structural barriers could shape people's futures regardless of effort.

Armed with a degree in Agriculture, Chaitanya joined the Piramal Foundation, first as a Gandhi Fellow and later as a Program Leader under NITI Aayog's Aspirational Districts Program.

Aspire's reflective modules and global mentorship helped him articulate leadership rooted in empathy and collaboration.

Today, as a Consultant with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, he continues connecting grassroots realities with systemic reform, climate policy and youth engagement.

Aditya Tripathi
Alumni Story 02

Aditya Tripathi: From Roadside Classrooms to Scalable Solutions

From teaching children on Delhi's pavements to building EcoHub, Aditya's journey shows how ideas, empathy and opportunity can become scalable impact.

Aditya entered Aspire with ideas but no clear roadmap. The program helped him reflect on what he stood for and the impact he wanted to create.

With Aspire Seed Fund support, he launched EcoHub, connecting households, waste collectors and recycling vendors through a digital platform.

Alongside technology, Aditya teaches roadside classes to children through Light de Literacy.

He has since qualified for the Smart India Hackathon and won an ideathon as a solo participant.

Mrunmayee Tarakh Patil: From Soil to Software

Raised in a farming family in rural Maharashtra, Mrunmayee is pursuing computer engineering while building a vision for technology-led social impact.

Mrunmayee grew up in a farming family in rural Maharashtra where education became a pathway toward new opportunities.

She pursued Computer Engineering in Nagpur, while Aspire connected her with faculty, global peers and leadership learning.

She now hopes to build a technology-driven social enterprise guided by empathy.

Anand Singh
Alumni Story 04

Anand Singh: From Basdila to Global Leadership

From a first-generation learner in Uttar Pradesh to technology communities, DRDO and IBM, Anand's story is one of resilience and opportunity.

Growing up in Basdila, a small village in Uttar Pradesh, Anand Singh had no roadmap to higher education and became the first in his family to attend college.

Aspire gave Anand purpose-driven leadership training, mentorship and a global peer network.

He went on to lead more than 30 technical sessions, intern at DRDO and IBM, organise an Aspire Alumni Networking Meetup and establish Code Crafting.

His student community has already reached more than 1,600 learners.

Neitesh Taral: Leading From the Ground Up

A first-generation engineering student from Mumbai, Neitesh learned to turn lived experience into leadership connecting policy, people and impact.

From a lower-middle-class home in Mumbai, Neitesh became the first in his family to pursue an engineering degree.

Aspire helped him develop a broader perspective on leadership, systems and problem-solving.

Today, he works as an Impact Delivery Manager, helping cities grow in inclusive and resilient ways.

Deekshitha's journey shows how showing up, even through uncertainty and self-doubt, can uncover confidence, purpose and leadership.

Deekshitha's leadership journey was shaped by periods of uncertainty and self-doubt.

Aspire helped her regain confidence and understand how her diverse interests could become a source of strength.

Today she aims to combine technology, compassion and meaningful social impact.

Rakesh Gadupudi: Turning Pain Into Purpose

Rakesh transformed personal adversity into HarleyGrow, an agritech initiative using hydroponics, IoT and AI for sustainable farming.

Rakesh's journey reflects resilience and the ability to transform adversity into purpose.

He co-founded HarleyGrow, an agritech startup using hydroponics, IoT and artificial intelligence to create sustainable farms.

The team has developed a prototype, secured support and gained recognition through fellowships and programs.

Pavani Munnuri

Pavani Munnuri: Sustainable Development & Policy Innovator

An Economics Gold Medalist working at the intersection of data, sustainability and policy, Pavani turns research into measurable social impact.

Pavani is a University Gold Medalist in Economics and an MSc candidate at TERI School of Advanced Studies.

Her experience spans quantitative analysis, sustainability, public policy, climate-smart agriculture and women's safety.

Her work combines research, data and leadership to support meaningful social impact.

Roshan Panigrahi

Roshan Panigrahi: Strategy, Innovation & Sustainable Impact

From IHM Chennai to IIM Visakhapatnam and the Waste-to-Wealth Mission, Roshan combines strategy, innovation and public impact.

Roshan's journey combines business development, leadership and sustainable innovation.

His professional experience spans Skill-Lync, Crio.do and General Mills India.

He currently contributes to the Waste-to-Wealth Mission under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.

The son of a vegetable vendor, Vineet turned resilience and curiosity into entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation and startup mentorship.

Vineet grew up in a modest household in Bihar, where his family's vegetable business helped shape his resilience and ambition.

His projects POLYFUELER and MEDICOOL earned recognition for eco-friendly innovation and sustainable development.

As Founder of JEVIX Technologies and Venture Coach at GITAM University, he mentors emerging entrepreneurs and startups.

Education, perseverance and Aspire helped Gouri turn personal challenges into confidence, professional growth and a commitment to mentoring others.

Growing up in a modest household in Hyderabad, Gouri believed education was her pathway toward a better future.

Aspire helped her strengthen confidence, leadership and the courage to overcome fear of judgement.

Today, she works as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Oracle while contributing as a speaker, writer, podcaster and mentor.

Through Tinker Techie, she supports STEM education for underprivileged students.
