Understand how local context shapes leadership and opportunities for change. Identify a meaningful community challenge and investigate its root causes using structured problem-solving tools.
Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence
Explore how data, digital transformation and artificial intelligence can support innovation. Turn your identified community challenge into a practical and feasible solution.
Outcomes & Impact
Define what success looks like, identify meaningful indicators and map the stakeholders needed to support your initiative. Strengthen your ability to communicate and pitch your proposed solution.

A flexible, primarily self-paced online learning experience.
Participants complete weekly learning activities and assignments and attend at least one live Masterclass led by expert faculty.
